A residential construction company built on craft.
SLR Residential is a UK-based construction company focused on larger residential projects — full refurbishments, side, rear and loft extensions, and architect-designed new build homes.
Alongside this, we deliver commercial work of every scale — internal refurbs, bespoke shop fitting and certified fire door remedial works.
We take on a limited number of projects each year, giving every home the architectural focus, on-site management and finishing detail it deserves. Our team works closely with homeowners, architects and designers from first survey to final handover.
For smaller day-to-day works — handyman, plumbing, electrical, decoration — please see our sister company, You First Property Services.
